A discussão e o estudo do comprometimento no trabalho assumem uma importância marcante, principalmente quando se verificam as disfunções típicas de algumas instituições públicas brasileiras. Assim, o objetivo deste artigo é analisar a percepção do Compromisso Organizacional dos servidores públicos e não servidores do TCE/MS, de acordo com o modelo tridimensional de Meyer e Allen. Este é um estudo de caso único, de natureza qualitativa. Para a coleta dos dados, optou-se pela estratégia de triangulação formada por entrevista, observação participante e análise documental. Os resultados apresentaram três categorias a priori e oito subcategorias a posteriori. Não foram identificadas diferenças comportamentais significativas em relação ao comprometimento entre servidores públicos e não servidores do TCE/MS.



Resumo Inglês:

The discussion and the study of the commitment in the work assume a remarkable importance, mainly when the typical dysfunctions of some Brazilian public institutions are verified. Thus, the objective of this article is to analyze the perception of Organizational Commitment of the civil servants and non-civil-servants of the TCE/MS according to the three-dimensional model of Meyer and Allen. This is a unique case study of a qualitative nature. In order to the collect the data was chosen the triangulation strategy formed by interview, participant observation and documentary analysis. The results presented three mains a priori categories and eight a posteriori subcategories. No significant behavioral differences were identified regarding the commitment between civil servants and non-civil-servants of the TCE/MS.
