Apresenta a configuração dos estágios obrigatório e não obrigatório realizados no Curso de Graduação em Arquivologia da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Mostra um breve histórico do Curso e a relação do Projeto Pedagógico com os estágios. Enfatiza as condições para a realização dos estágios, como os campos de atuação, carga horária, supervisão, orientação e coordenação, baseando-se na legislação (Lei Federal 11.788 de 2008; Resolução No 14, 2011 e Regulamento de Estágio do Curso, 2012). Busca suscitar reflexões referentes aos desafios e perspectivas do estágio, baseando-se na experiência da coordenação de estágio do Curso e relacionando com a literatura científica sobre o tema. Conclui que o Curso de Arquivologia da UFSC deve preocupar-se em implantar modificações constantes no currículo e nos estágios, buscando acompanhar as mudanças do mercado de trabalho do arquivista e melhorar a relação entre teoria e prática
Presents the configuration of trainingand supervised training in Archival Science at Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Shows a brief history of the course and the relationship with the pedagogical project stages. Emphasizes the conditions for the realization of the stages, as the fields of performance, workload, supervision, guidance and coordination, based on legislation (Federal Law 11.788, 2008; Resolution No. 14, 2011 and Rules of Training Course, 2012). Search raise thinking on the challenges and prospects of the stage, building on the experience of coordinating Internship Course and related scientific literature on the subject. It concludes that the Archival Science at UFSC should worry about modifications contained in the curriculum and in stages, aiming to follow the changes of the labor market Archivist and improve the relationship between theory and practice
