Este meta-artigo diz respeito a questões sobre o dia a dia dos pacientes e técnicos dos Centros de Atenção
Psicossocial (CAPS), especificamente no que diz respeito à clÃnica neste dispositivo. O que é clÃnica? Temos
uma clÃnica? Que clÃnica temos? Que clÃnica para o CAPS? Como construÃ-la? Os CAPS, em sua maioria,
inclusivos, reabilitadores sociais e exibem efeitos aos quais não podemos recusar a dimensão de terapêuticos,
mas isso não basta para dizermos que existe uma clÃnica nos CAPS. A ênfase continua sendo a reinserção
social e não o exercÃcio da clÃnica. Propomos quatro pilares para a construção de uma clÃnica efetiva para este
dispositivo: o diagnóstico estrutural, uma ética para o sujeito, a psicanálise coletiva e a dimensão clÃnica de rede.
This meta-article relates to questions about the day-to-day lives of patients and technicians of the Centers
of Psychosocial Care (Centros de Atenção Psicossocial - CAPS), specifically in relation to the clinic in this
device. What is clinic? Have we a clinic? Which clinic we have? What clinic to the CAPS? How to build it? The
CAPS, in most cases, are citizens, inclusive, social rehabilitators and show effects which we cannot reject the
therapeutic dimension, but that is not enough to say that there is a clinic in CAPS. The emphasis remains the social
reintegration and not the clinical practice. We propose four pillars for building a clinic effective to this device:
the structural diagnosis, an ethic for the individual, collective psychoanalysis and clinical dimension network.
