Educação antirracista precisa ser pauta de discussão de toda a equipe escolar e sociedade, pois o racismo é prejudicial aos estudantes. Contudo, é possível desenvolver uma nova abordagem: a discussão do tema com vistas a mitigá-lo. Problematizar reflexões pedagógicas sobre as questões étnico-raciais, sobretudo na escola, em que o foco deveria ser criar elos de solidariedade. As ideias de hooks embasarão este trabalho, a fim de emancipar os alunos. Percebe-se, a partir deste ensaio, que: a) o uso da teoria transgressora poderá fortalecer a empatia com o outro na hora de expressar suas ideias; b) debater a educação antirracista poderá produzir impactos holísticos na formação do aluno; c) estudar literaturas antirracistas permitirá ao aluno se desenvolver criticamente como agente escolar. Construir a educação antirracista poderá ser uma atividade exitosa por agregar valores até mesmo para os racistas mais radicais, tornando-se uma estratégia pedagógica de valor para o aluno e professor.
Anti-racist education needs to be discussed by the whole school staff and society, because racism is harmful to students. However, it is possible to develop a new approach: the discussion of the theme in order to mitigate it. To problematize pedagogical reflections on ethno-racial issues, especially at school, where the focus should be on creating links of solidarity. Hooks' ideas will ground this work, in order to emancipate the students. It can be seen from this essay that: a) the use of transgressive theory can strengthen empathy with others when expressing their ideas; b) discussing anti-racist education can produce holistic impacts on the student's formation; c) studying anti-racist literature will allow the student to develop critically as a school agent. Building anti-racist education can be a successful activity for adding values even for the most radical racists, becoming a pedagogical strategy of value for the student and teacher.
