Neste artigo apresentamos alguns pressupostos teóricos que têm norteado as investigações sobre a articulação entre história da matemática e ensino de matemática proposta pelo grupo de estudos e pesquisa em História e Epistemologia na Educação Matemática (HEEMa) da PUCSP. Abordamos especialmente sobre as potencialidades didáticas que emergem da construção de interfaces entre história e ensino de matemática.

This paper presents some theoretical assumptions that have guided the research on the relationship between the history of mathematics and mathematics education proposed by the group of studies and research in History and Epistemology in Mathematics Education (HEEMa) of PUCSP. It addresses especially to potential didact elements that arise from a process of constructing interfaces between history and mathematics education.
