O escopo do presente estudo é analisar a hipótese de contratação de escritório de advocacia por inexigibilidade no Sistema S, especificadamente o caso do SEBRAE, sob a ótica da Lei n.º 8.666/93, do Regulamento de Licitações e Contratos do Sistema Sebrae e da jurisprudência do TCU, de modo a verificar sua viabilidade.
The scope of the present study is to ana-lyze the hypothesis of hiring law firms by member institutions of the Social Autonomous Brazilian Service (S System). specifically the SEBRAE case, according to the Law 8.666/93, the SEBRAE's reg-ulation and brazilian Case Law, to verify the pos-sibility.
