É notório que o ambiente das instituições que cumprem a medida de internação não tem demonstrado ser eficientes na função de promover a ressocialização dos adolescentes e de maneira precária acabam se tornando espaços onde a socialização acontece com graus elevados de violação de direitos através da violência institucional. O principal objetivo desta pesquisa foi explicar a influência da escola na prevenção de reincidências infracionais, através da ressocialização dos adolescentes infratores internados. Para elucidar sistematicamente este trabalho, foi dividido em três partes ordenadamente, onde a primeira foi discutido a educação, analisando sua importância no processo de desenvolvimento a partir do ensino aprendizagem e a compreensão da medida socioeducativa de internação. Já na segunda parte examinou-se o direito à educação do adolescente em medida socioeducativa, analisando as questões normativas no âmbito jurídico da medida. E por fim, a terceira parte se discutiu a educação como processo de ressocialização e os resultados dos impactos da educação no processo de ressocialização.

It is notorious that the environment of institutions that comply with the measure of internment has not been shown to be efficient in promoting the resocialization of adolescents and in a precarious way end up becoming spaces where socialization occurs with high degrees of violation of rights through violence. institutional The main objective of this research was to explain the influence of the school in the prevention of infractional recurrences, through the resocialization of the hospitalized adolescent offenders. To systematically elucidate this work, it was neatly divided into three parts, where the first was discussed education, analyzing its importance in the development process from teaching learning and understanding the socio-educational measure of hospitalization. In the second part, we examined the right to education of adolescents in socio-educational measure, analyzing the normative issues in the legal scope of the measure. Finally, the third part discussed education as a process of resocialization and the results of the impacts of education on the process of resocialization.
