A consolidação de práticas educativas que busquem um mundo
ecologicamente equilibrado passa pela interação entre todos os atores
sociais, representantes do poder público, do terceiro setor e comunidade
em geral. A pesquisa teve como objetivo principal identifi car ações
desenvolvidas pelas ONGs -Organizações não-governamentais- visando
a formação de educadores ambientais. Para tanto, estudou contribuições
da Fundação para o Desenvolvimento Econômico Rural da Região
Centro-Oeste do Paraná - RURECO e do Instituto os Guardiões da
Natureza - ING –, ambas localizadas no Paraná, no desenvolvimento
sócio-ambiental da região onde atuam. Este trabalho revelou o elevado
potencial formativo das ONGs pesquisadas, Ã medida em que atuam na
educação não-formal com competência e com o compromisso de alicerçar
um novo modelo de desenvolvimento rural que articule sustentabilidade
econômica, social e ambiental.
The consolidation of educational practices that seek for a world
ecologically balanced raisin for the interaction among all the social actors, representatives of the public power, of the third section and community
in general. The research had as its main objective to identify actions
developed by ONGs - non-governmental organizations - seeking the
environmental educators’ formation. For so much, it studied contributions
of the Foundation for the Rural Economical Development of the Middle
West Region of Paraná - RURECO and of ING - Institute Guardian of the
Nature, both located in Paraná, in the socio-environmental development of
the area where they act. This work revealed the high formative potential of
the researched ONGs, as they act in no-formal education with competence
and with the commitment of searching a new model for rural development
that articulates economical, social and environmental sustainability.
