Neste artigo, analiso a perspectiva geracional dos direitos indígenas que emerge com a produção político-discursiva de jovens indígenas no documento de monitoramento dos 10 anos de vigência da Declaração das Nações Unidas sobre os Direitos dos Povos Indígenas. Desse modo, procuro discutir a interculturalidade nas categorias geracionais e a problematização juvenil sobre não discriminação, território e saúde.

In this article, I analyze the generational perspective of indigenous rights that emerges with the political-discursive production of indigenous youth in the monitoring document of the 10th anniversary of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People. In this way, I reflect about the interculturality in the generational categories and the juvenile problematization on non-discrimination, territory, and health.
