A Controladoria é um conjunto de princípios e métodos focados na Gestão Empresarial e a sua
função é o controle e o processo de planejamento e orçamento nas organizações, é uma forma
moderna de Gestão centralizada num especialista que entende vários setores conhecido como
“Controller” ou Controlador. Este gestor do sistema controla, organiza e reporta dados importantes
para a tomada de decisão, sempre buscando os objetivos traçados em cada inicio de ciclo, para
alcançar de forma plena a eficácia nos negócios. Os recursos disponibilizados pela empresa,
juntamente com os sistemas de informações capacitam os Gestores há um melhor planejamento de
seus passos, visando uma execução mais eficaz e controlando os desperdícios em cada atividade da
empresa, otimizando os custos e os desperdícios com retrabalho.
