Este artigo tem como proposta apontar elementos que compõem a Seletividade Racial do Sistema de Justiça Juvenil da Capital Paulista e a partir destes propiciar reflexões às estratégias do Estado Punitivo em perpetuar o controle e punição de corpos pretos juvenis, com vistas a docilizá-los aos moldes da ideologia dominante, reproduzindo desta forma o Racismo Estrutural que condiciona historicamente diversas gerações ao controle através do braço forte do Estado.
This article aims to point out elements that make up the Racial Selectivity of the Youth Justice System of the Capital of São Paulo and, from there, provide reflections on the improvement of the strategies of the Punitive State in perpetuating the control and punishment of juvenile black bodies, with a view to and docilize them. them along the lines of the dominant ideology, thus reproducing the Structural Racism that historically conditions several generations to control through the strong arm of the State.
