O Programa de Extensão Clínica, Estética e Política do Cuidado é um Programa do Departamento de Psicologia da UFC e realiza atendimento de crianças e adolescentes em sofrimento psíquico grave, sob a perspectiva psicanalítica, desde 2015. Estudos sobre o perfil do público infanto-juvenil, usuários dos serviços públicos de saúde mental no município de Fortaleza, ainda são escassos na produção acadêmica. Desse modo, objetivamos realizar o levantamento do perfil dos usuários do programa em questão, no período de 2015 ao primeiro semestre de 2018, de maneira a verificar os diagnósticos e as terapêuticas mais frequentes e sua relação com os atuais problemas da clínica com crianças e adolescentes. A coleta de dados deu-se através do formulário integrado dos pacientes, sendo uma pesquisa documental de orientação psicanalítica. Do público atendido, a hipótese diagnóstica mais frequente foi de autismo, equivalendo a 43% dos pacientes, acrescenta-se ainda que 31,7% dos pacientes fazem uso de psicofármacos, 12,9% não frequentam a escola, 46,3% recebem atendimento em outro serviço de saúde mental. Notamos que o perfil dos pacientes atendidos vai ao encontro dos problemas da clínica infanto-juvenil contemporânea, como a predominância da perspectiva diagnóstica do espectro do autismo e hegemonia da terapêutica de medicalização pedopsiquiátrica.

The Extension Program "Clinic, Aesthetics and Care Policies" assists children and adolescents in severe psychic suffering from a psychoanalytic perspective, since 2015. Studies on the profile of the children and teenagers, users of public mental health services in the municipality of Fortaleza, are still scarce in academic production. Thus, we aim to survey the profile of the users of the program in question, from 2015 to the first half of 2018, in order to verify the most frequent diagnoses and therapeutics and their relationship with the current problems of the clinic with children and adolescents . The data collection was done through the integrated database of the patients, being a documental research of psychoanalytic orientation. The most frequent diagnostic hypothesis found was autism, equivalent to 43% of the patients. 31.7% of the patients use psychoactive drugs, 12.9% do not attend school and 46.3% receive another mental health service. We note that the profile of the patients meets the problems of contemporary child and adolescent clinic, such as the predominance of the diagnostic perspective of the autism spectrum and the hegemony of pediatric psychiatric therapy.
