This article aims at raising the relations of power-knowledge as a mechanism of control and standardization of the subjects and their subjectivities established since early childhood, in schools. Having as the theoretical framework the arqueological studies undertaken by Foucault, we try to apprehend the reality of a school while a micro-power institution. In order to do this, we analyzed some practices and records produced in the institution, in which we can see the techniques of coercion and norms related to the disciplinary management of the school subjects. We conclude that the subjects, teachers and students (children from 2 to 3 years, in this case) are constructed, though in a imperceptible way, in the daily practices in terms of space and time, that limit what should be done or not. Such practices constitute the disciplinary techniques of which Foucault deals and operate in a way of drawing the bodies, making them docile and therefore socially useful.
