A Guerra Civil na Síria tem chocado o mundo. Não apenas é alarmante o número de mortes provocadas pelo conflito, como também impressiona a quantidade de pessoas necessitadas de proteção internacional em razão das violentas perseguições. Nesse contexto, a abertura de portas pelos Estados nacionais significa mais do que um ato político, mas um ato de humanidade que torna possível a sobrevivência desses grupos.
Uma vez que a oferta de refúgio representa o aumento de encargos para os países acolhedores, faz-se necessário analisar a maneira como tal ajuda está sendo processada e se os atos em que se baseiam são razoáveis. No intuito de encontrar meios de garantir a permanência desse apoio internacional aos refugiados, este trabalho analisará as medidas que estão sendo adotadas atualmente pela comunidade internacional.
Não transformar o apoio internacional oferecido aos refugiados em uma conduta insustentável para os países acolhedores é a chave para que a benevolência da comunidade internacional permaneça. Ao mesmo tempo, percebe-se que a má-distribuição de refugiados no cenário internacional pode provocar grandes transtornos e prejuízos a alguns países em detrimento dos demais.
A partir da análise da crise dos refugiados sírios, principalmente no continente europeu, este artigo tem o propósito de encontrar meios propícios de oferta de refúgio pelos países acolhedores, de maneira a tornar possível a perpetuidade deste instituto que representa a instrumentalização da humanidade e da solidariedade dos Estados.

The Civil War in Syria has alarmed de world. Not just because the numbers of deaths caused by the conflict, but also because the large number of people who needs international protection as a consequence of the violent persecutions. In this scenario, the door opening by the national States means more than a political act. It means an act of humanity that can provide the survival of these groups.
Once that the offer of refuge means the increasement of the charges to the governments of the countries who are receiving these refugees, it is necessary to look at the way that this international help has been done. With the intuit of finding ways to guarantee the permanence of this help that’s been given to those who need it, this work will analyze how this help is done.
Not transforming the international support offered to refugees into an unsustainable conduct for the welcoming countries is the key to the reminiscence of the benevolence of the international community. At the same time, it is perceptible that the unequal distribution of refugees on the international scenario may cause great upheavals and prejudices to some countries to the detriment of others.
Based on the analysis of the Syrian refugees’ crisis, mainly on the European continent, this scientific article aims to find and propose reasonable ways to the host countries to offer shelter, in order to make possible the perpetuity of this institute which represents the instrumentalization of humanity and the solidarity of States.
