A correta aplicação dos critérios de interpretação jurídica, mais do que qualquer outro fator, é que torna seguro o ordenamento social, impedindo a subversão da ordem jurídica, geradora de instabilidade social. Diante de tal relevância, o presente artigo discorre sobre a Teoria da Interpretação Jurídica.
