DELEUZE LEITOR DE HUME: EXPERIMENTAÇÃO, APRENDIZAGEM E O PENSAR

Pretendemos neste artigo apresentar uma aproximação entre as filosofias de Gilles Deleuze e de David Hume. Primeiramente mostraremos que, em sua leitura de Hume, Deleuze destaca a importância do empirismo para a filosofia, mas um empirismo diferenciado da interpretação feita pela tradição filosófica. Posteriormente, procuraremos mostrar que ambos os autores partilham perspectivas comuns, a saber, que o pensar se dá a partir de um acontecimento, que a instância propiciadora do pensar é a “relação”, e que o mesmo se apresenta como uma experimentação. Por fim, faremos uma breve apresentação de alguns pontos divergentes entre os filósofos, destacando o significado do empirismo para a filosofia da imanência de Deleuze.

The aim of this article is to raise some considerations about the role of category of the overlapping consensus in John Rawls’s theory of justice as fairness in Political Liberalism (Lecture IV), Justice as Fairness: A Restatement (; 11) and Replay to Habermas (; 2), with a view to identify a pragmatical justification model in a public scope, understanding the principles of justice for the basic structure of society as a social mini-mum that aims at the guarantee of the stability and legitimacy, assuring public criteria for the determination of the principal constitution, eco-nomic and social arrangements. With affirmation of the political values of the reasonableness and reciprocity, I’ll identify a pragmatical-universalist justification model with basis in a mitigated intuitionism.
