The main intention of this article is to contribute to the discussion and advance of the rights of children, adolescents and youth recognized in many legal documents, making explicit the Right to the City for these groups, especially the right to free and safe mobility, which can be the basis for implementing policies aimed at the enjoyment of services and rights that urban life offers for the optimal development of the people that make up these social age groups.
Resumo Espanhol:
La intención principal de este artículo es aportar en la discusión y avance de derechos de la niñez, la adolescencia y la juventud reconocidos en documentos jurídicos, haciendo explícito el Derecho a la ciudad para estos grupos, especialmente el derecho a la movilidad libre y segura, el cual puede ser base para implementar políticas encaminadas al disfrute de los servicios y derechos que la vida urbana ofrece para el desarrollo óptimo de las personas que conforman estos grupos sociales de edad.
