O objetivo deste trabalho é
discutir acerca das imagens de Deus
nos poemas de Hilda Hilst (1930-
2004) e Gabriela Mistral (1889-1957).
Analisaremos poemas de uma brasileira
e uma chilena almejando apreender
quem é esse Deus caracterizado por elas
e compararemos – quando apropriado
– com a religião cristã, religião oficial
da América Latina e que fez parte da
formação intelectual e afetiva das autoras.
The aim of this paper is
discussing the image of God in the poems
of Hilda Hilst (1930-2004) and Gabriela
Mistral (1889-1957). We will analyze
poems by a Brazilian and a Chilean aiming
to seize who is this God characterized by
them and we will compare – when it is
appropriated – with the Christian religion,
the official religion of Latin America and
which made part of the intellectual and
emotional lives of the authors.
