This study aims to develop a corporate training plan grounded in interactive methodologies to enhance the professional competencies of industrial operators. In light of rapid labor-market transformations and increasing organizational investments in Training and Development (T&D), there is a growing need for more participatory training practices aligned with real organizational demands. The research adopts a qualitative, descriptive approach, developed through a case study conducted in a metal-mechanical company in the Serra Gaúcha region, involving 128 operators distributed across eight groups. The training analyzed involved applying the “Box Game” dynamic, a practical simulation of a production line based on Lean Manufacturing principles. The activity was structured in progressive rounds that stimulated competencies such as collaboration, effective communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, planning, and resilience. The results demonstrated that interactive methodologies promote greater engagement, facilitate the assimilation of concepts, and improve production performance, while also strengthening a culture of continuous improvement. As the main outcome of this study, a training plan and a training manual were developed, with potential for replication in other organizations. It is concluded that interactive methodologies represent an effective alternative to traditional teaching models, enhancing meaningful learning and fostering both human and organizational development.
