O presente trabalho se propõe a estabelecer diálogos entre os campos dos estudos em Gênero e Diversidade e da Memória. Trazemos por esse meio dados e caracterização sobre um tema ainda hoje tratado como tabu: A Cultura do Estupro. Dentro da discussão sobre relações de poder, discorremos sobre a necessidade de uma produção discursiva e científica numa perspectiva emancipatória e não silenciadora. Nesse sentido, acreditamos que a articulação das teorias feministas junto ao campo da memória e da produção discursiva, pode ser um caminho de sucesso rumo a construção de novas práticas políticas para que possamos romper com o pacto do silenciamento; daqueles corpos que historicamente são marcados por violências físicas e psicológicas, também com a perpetuação da culpabilização da vítima, a hiperssexualização precoce das mulheres e das crianças. This paper intends to establish dialogues between the fields of studies on Gender and Diversity and Memory. We bring here data and characterization on a theme still treated today as taboo: The Culture of Rape. Within the discussion on power relations, we discuss the need for discursive and scientific production in an emancipatory and non-silencing perspective. In this sense, we believe that the articulation of feminist theories with the field of memory and discursive production can be a successful path towards the construction of new political practices so that we can break the silencing pact; of those bodies that are historically marked by physical and psychological violence, also with the perpetuation of the blaming of the victim, the early hypersexualisation of women and children.
