A DIMENSÃO DA IDENTIDADE EM ESPAÇOS FRONTEIRIÇOS: UM DIÁLOGO ENTRE TERRITORIALIDADE, IDENTIDADE E FRONTEIRAS

Resumo Português:

Este artigo propõe-se a discutir e propor novas dimensões para o estudo da identidade, quando relaciona tal conteúdo com as questões de territórios, territorialidades e fronteiras. É possível encontrarmos, na literatura da área, autores que procuram envidenciar a dinâmica identidade-território, entretanto os estudos não alcançam a discussão da identidade dentro do contexto da territorialidade fronteiriça. Para tanto, este artigo propõe o tema da Identidade Transfronteiriça como uma alternativa para o estudo da contrução das identidades pessoais de indivíduos que ocupam territórios transfronteiriços, locais onde as fronteiras naturais determinam as influências, significações e identificações desses indivíduos. Como proposta teórica, a Identidade Transfronteiriça traz elementos para refletirmos o dinamismo da vida fronteiriça e os processos individuais, de constituição dos sujeitos, que essa realidade (re)cria cotidianamente.

This article proposes to discuss and propose new dimensions for the study of identity, when it relates this content to the questions of territories, territorialities and borders. It is possible to find, in the literature of the area, authors who seek to envy the identity-territory dynamics, however the studies do not reach the discussion of identity within the context of border territoriality. To this end, this article proposes the theme of transborder identity as an alternative to the study of the construction of the personal identities of individuals occupying cross-border territories, where natural boundaries determine the influences, meanings and identifications of these individuals. As a theoretical proposal, the transfrontier identity brings elements to reflect the dynamism of border life and the individual processes, of the constitution of the subjects, that this reality (re) creates daily.
