Neste artigo, visamos evidenciar relações existentes entre os discursos que buscam normatizar a atividade de trabalho do setor industrial e os legislativos que direcionam a formação e o trabalho docentes. Procuramos evidenciar como discursos liberais defendem a formação educacional voltada para o trabalho e de que modo isso se reflete nos documentos, elaborados entre 1997 e 2002, que direcionam a formação de professores. Para tanto, analisamos dez documentos legislativos, entre pareceres, resoluções e decretos, de modo a destacar trechos discursivos que remetem a termos-chave dos discursos taylorista e toyotista.

In this article some relationships between the discourses that seek to standardize the work activity of the industrial sector and the legislation that directs the training and teaching are highlighted. It is sought to show how liberals discourses support the educational formation directed to working and how this is reflected in documents written between 1997 and 2002, directing the training of teachers. It analyzes ten legislative documents, including reports, resolutions and decrees, in order to highlight some passages that refer to key terms of the Taylorist and Toyotist discourses.
