O presente trabalho visa a analisar a produção poética mais recente de Chico Alvim sob a
ótica da dispersão da identidade e do eu lírico. Buscamos analisar as definições tradicionais da poesia
lírica e, alicerçados por reflexões acerca da poesia moderna e contemporânea, perceber como a obra do
poeta mineiro configura-se em um movimento de dispersão do eu lírico coerente, processada pelo
esgarçamento das fronteiras entre poesia e prosa, pela concepção assumida da memória enquanto
construção e pela própria fragmentação e descentramento das identidades.

Resumo Inglês:

This study aims at analyzing the latest Chico Alvim’s poetic production form the
perspective of the dispersion of the identity and lyrical self. We analyze the traditional definitions of
lyrical poetry and, based on reflections about the modern and contemporary poetry, perceive how the
work of Chico Alvim sets in motion a dispersion of the coherent, centered lyrical self, processed by the
fraying of the boundaries between poetry and prose, by the assumption of the building of the memory as a
discourse and by the fragmentation and decentralization of the identities.
