Resumo Português:

Este estudo tem como foco central implicações do trabalho sobre o corpo, favoráveis as doenças ocupacionais, comprometedoras da saúde do trabalhador e que tendem a antecipar o processo de envelhecimento. Orientado por uma abordagem biopsicossocial, a investigação buscou identificar indicadores de envelhecimento funcional no processo da DORT. Sob essa concepção, realizou-se pesquisa qualitativa, utilizando a técnica de entrevista semi-estruturada, sistematizada através de relatos da vida de pacientes previamente diagnosticados com DORT e também, de observação participante. Assim, foram observadas as condições de trabalho de oito sujeitos da pesquisa, escolhidos conforme a função laboral anteriormente exercida, causadora direta da DORT. Os resultados do estudo apontam a doença ocupacional como facilitadora do envelhecimento funcional. Nesse sentido, este trabalho pode subsidiar a atenção sobre a importância e necessidade de reestruturação do trabalho, ou de sua reorganização, levando em consideração a existência da pessoa, ser humano não fragmentado, interior. Vale ressaltar que a própria sociedade representada cujo corpo, ao submeter-se cotidianamente ao gravo da saúde no trabalho, compromete o trabalho o processo normal de envelhecimento do indivíduo. Aponta para a possibilidades de ampliação de estudos, em fisioterapia, do envelhecimento observando a saúde do trabalhador, proporcionando, preventivamente, um trabalho saudável, de um envelhecimento saudável, uma sociedade saudável.

This study it has as central focus implications of the work on the body, favorable the occupational, comprometedoras illnesses of the health of the worker and that they tend to anticipate the aging process. Guided for a biopsicossocial boarding, the inquiry searched to identify pointers of functional aging in the process of the DORT. Under this conception, qualitative research was become fullfi lled, using the technique of half-structuralized, systemize interview through stories of the life of patients previously diagnosised with DORT and also, of participant comment. Thus, the conditions of work of eight citizens of the research had been observed, chosen as the labor function previously exerted, .causing direct of the DORT. The results of the study point the occupational illness as facilitator of the functional aging. In this direction, this work can subsidize the attention on the importance and necessity of reorganization of the work, or its reorganization, leading in consideration the existence of the person, not broken up, interior human being. Valley to stand out that the proper represented society whose body, when submitting itself daily I record to it of the health in the aging of the individual. It points with respect to the possibilities of magnifying of studies, in physiotherapy,
of the aging observing the health of the worker, providing, preventively, a healthful work, of a healthful aging, a healthful society.
