The intension of this article is to think about how Middle Age’s end Portuguese chroniclers rebuilt wars that Portuguese kings did in two different moments namely the continental war against Moors and Christians, and the war overseas, held in the North of Africa. We want to develop by this way how the religion question is present in the wars of those two different contexts.
