En cette année d'élections, au Brésil et au CIB, nous entendons beaucoup parler de changements. On dit que le changement est la fille de la nécessité et la mère des grandes réalisations de l’histoire de l’humanité. Doté d'intelligence et d'espoir, l'être humain s'immisce toujours dans le monde, toujours agité, cherche, renouvelle, réinvente. C'est le moteur du changement.
