O impacto ambiental negativo provocado pelo homem produz a degradação da natureza e compromete a
qualidade de vida das pessoas. Uma das formas para atenuar esse problema é a Educação Ambiental, que pode ser
realizada por meio dos espaços escolares. A utilização da educação ambiental como um instrumento polÃtico e pedagógico
de participação e transformação, deve contribuir para alterar o quadro de destruição atual resultante dessa ação antrópica,
para melhorar a qualidade de vida do planeta. Assume frente a isso a responsabilidade pela inclusão da educação como um
todo, em busca de uma sociedade responsável e sustentável. Esta pesquisa é de natureza descritiva. Realizada através de
uma revisão bibliográfica, sob o enfoque de autores que abordam sobre a respectiva temática.
The negative ambient impact provoked by the man produces the degradation of the nature and compromises
the quality of life of the people. One of the forms to attenuate this problem is the Ambient Education that can be carried
through by means of the pertaining to school spaces. The use of the ambient education as an instrument pedagogical
politician and of participation and transformation, must contribute to modify the picture of resultant current destruction of
this antrópica action, to improve the quality of life of the planet. The responsibility for the inclusion of the education
assumes front to this as a whole, in search of a responsible and sustainable society. This research is of descriptive nature.
