Um dos grandes desafios da educação é reconhecer-se como um meio pelo qual se prepara o cidadão e o trabalhador. O tema deste estudo não configura um desejo por educação, mas um direito fundamental constitucional. Desenvolvimento sem reciprocidade não é sustentável. Preparar educandos para o trabalho, prepará-los para o exercÃcio da cidadania, a busca do pleno emprego e a inclusão social são os elementos da equação do desenvolvimento sustentável.
One of the most important challenges is recognizing that education is not an objective, but a way of preparing the citizen and the worker. The theme of this paper is not a desire for education, but a constitutional fundamental right. Development without reciprocity is not sustainable. Getting pupils ready for the work, preparing them to be citizens, for the pursuit of employment and social inclusion are the elements of the sustainable development equation.
