Apresenta resultados preliminares de estudo sobre a saúde pública em
Minas Gerais, na primeira metade do século XX. Analisa, de maneira
especÃfica, a questão da educação sanitária e as estratégias de divulgação
de preceitos de medicina entre a população mineira.
The article presents the preliminary results of the study on public health in the
State of Minas Gerais during the first half of the twentieth century. It specifically
analyzes the issue of sanitary education and the strategies for divulging
medical precepts among the population of that state.
