This work aims to verify the compatibility of the provisions of the General Administrative Responsibilities Act with constitutional guarantees, while defending the need to establish a specific doctrinal space for the theory of punitive administrative law. In the end, it concludes by the incompatibility and the need to reform the procedural rules provided therein.
Resumo Espanhol:
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo verificar la compatibilidad de las disposiciones de la Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas con las garantías constitucionales, al tiempo que defiende la necesidad de establecer un espacio doctrinal específico para la teoría de un derecho administrativo punitivo. Al final, concluye por la incompatibilidad y la necesidad de reformar las normas procesales allí previstas.
