Este artigo visa contribuir com algumas reflexões sobre o teatro feminista, discorrendo sobre a participação histórica das mulheres no teatro, como meio de enfatizar suas contribuições nas discussões teóricas e práticas da arte teatral. Para tal, apresenta brevemente os trabalhos teatrais de Isabella Andreini, Caroline Neuber e Edy Craig e, por fim, apresenta as ações e perspectivas da (Em) Companhia de Mulheres - Coletivo de Pesquisa Teatral Feminista (Florianópolis/ SC), o qual assume um posicionamento político feminista em suas criações artísticas e ações socioeducativas, com o intuito de contribuir com as demandas da agenda feminista contemporânea.
This article aims to contribute with feminist Theater debate by exploring women’s historical participation in theater as a means to emphasize their contributions in theoretical and practical discussions on theatrical art. For such, briefly discuss the theatrical works of Isabella Andreini, Caroline Neuber and Edy Craig, and, in conclusion, it presents the actions and perspectives of (Em) Companhia de Mulheres - Feminist Theatrical Research Collective (Florianópolis/ SC), which adopts a feminist political position in both artistic creations and socio-educational actions, with the purpose of contributing to the demands of the contemporary feminist agenda.
