Este estudo busca refletir a respeito da proposta de reforma no Ensino Médio a partir de questionamentos que englobam fatores sociais e culturais. Para a realização desta tarefa, primeiramente, serão traçadas algumas considerações a respeito da legislação educacional atual, seus principais objetivos e, após, será feita uma breve análise comparativa entre o que ditam os parâmetros educacionais no presente e quais são as perspectivas de futuro e, por fim, tentar-se-á pensar na existência de uma educação que realmente diminua as diferenças sociais, culturais e financeiras em uma sociedade que clama por mudanças.

Resumo Inglês:

This study seeks to reflect on the proposal of reform in High School from questions that encompass social and cultural factors. In order to carry out this task, first, some considerations regarding the current educational legislation, its main objectives will be drawn up and, afterwards, a brief comparative analysis will be made between what the educational parameters dictate in the present and what are the perspectives of the future and, finally, we will try to think of the existence of an education that actually diminishes the social, cultural and financial differences in a society that calls for change.
