É inegável que as Políticas Públicas para o Ensino Superior têm ajudado milhares de jovens e egressos do ensino médio, vindos da rede pública de ensino e com baixa renda a conquistarem o sonho de entrar em um curso universitário. São políticas assistencialistas muito criticadas por alguns setores da sociedade, porém, sem as quais seria muito difícil que essa parcela da população tivesse acesso a esse nível de ensino. Diante desta afirmação, este trabalho tem como objetivo geral, analisar a produção científica sobre o tema “Ensino Superior e Políticas Públicas: um olhar sobre a formação universitária” na Biblioteca Eletrônica da SciELO (Scientific Eletronic Liberar On Line), no período de 2010 a 2019. Compreender o que se tem produzido sobre o ensino superior no Brasil, os tipos de autoria, quantidade de trabalho sobre o tema por ano, área de formação dos autores e quais os temas têm sido abordados nas pesquisas realizadas concernente à problemática

It is undeniable that Public Policies for Higher Education have helped thousands of young and high school graduates from the low-income public school system to achieve the dream of entering a university course. They are welfare policies that are widely criticized by some sectors of society, but without which it would be very difficult for this portion of the population to have access to this level of education. Given this statement, this paper aims to analyze the scientific production on the theme "Higher Education and Public Policies: a look at university education" in the SciELO Electronic Library (Scientific Electronic Release On Line), from 2010 to 2019. Understand what has been produced about higher education in Brazil, types of authorship, amount of work on the topic per year, area of formation of the authors and what themes have been addressed in the research conducted concerning the problem.
