Apresenta um protótipo de recuperação de informações eletrônicas – construído a partir do uso de sistemas de hipertextos, em ambientes arquivísticos jurídicos. A hipótese levantada é a de que o hipertexto potencializa a recuperação da informação em arquivos, de onde há de necessitar de abordagens teóricas metodológicas que compreendam a complexidade da organização documental para proporcionar o acesso otimizado à informação registrada em ambientes virtuais. Discute o hipertexto no processo de representação e de recuperação da informação em arquivos jurídicos, uma vez que, quando usa o hipertexto, o usuário tem a oportunidade de ampliar as ocasiões de produção de sentido e enriquecer sua leitura. Assim, o tipo de pesquisa utilizado pelo presente trabalho tem o caráter exploratório e insere-se em um campo teórico, mas acenando para um futuro experimento, bem como a o método de abordagem é o qualitativo.
The society hopes not only have the digital technologies of information and communication to be implemented, but studied and developed to achieve interoperabilitywith the needs of access and use of information, required by the century of knowledge. Thus, users of information, especially the legal files, require increasingly capable of constructs to facilitate the search for the information. From this background, this study aims to discuss the hypertext in the process of search and information retrieval in legal files, since when using the hypertext the user has the opportunity to expand the opportunities for production of meaning and enrich your reading. Such claims also aim to present a prototype organization of electronic documents - made from use of hypertext in archival environments and examine relationships between hypertext and information retrieval methods. On this basis, the type of search used by the present study is exploratory, it fits into a theoretical, but waving a future experiment and its approach to the qualitative method. At last, to propose recommendations that will contribute to future research on the importance of hypertext in the process of information retrieval.
