A proposta do presente trabalho é de fazer uma análise da persistência da exceção no contexto do estado brasileiro, explorando a intersecção entre o racismo, a implementação de medidas autoritárias pelo Estado e a suspensão dos direitos fundamentais. O estudo se concentra na ideia de que estes elementos representam ex-pressões significativas da exceção dentro do ambiente democrático. Daí, a necessidade de pensar o conceito de raça em todos os discursos políticos. Portanto, a estruturação deste artigo abrange a construção colonial, por meio das relações sociais e intersubjetivas, do discurso ideológico e da instauração fantasmagórica da crise/ameaça/perigo que culminam em uma sociedade autoritária e violenta.
The purpose of this work is to carry out an analysis of the persistence of the exception in the context of the Brazilian state, exploring the intersection between racism, the implementation of authoritarian measures by the State and the suspension of fundamental rights. The study focuses on the idea that these ele-ments represent significant expressions of the exception within the democratic environment. Hence, the need to think about the concept of race in all political discourses. Therefore, the structuring of this article covers colonial construction, through social and intersubjective relations, ideological discourse and the ghostly establishment of crisis/threat/danger that culminate in an authoritarian and violent society.
