Objetivos: Realizar revisão integrativa da literatura e descrever as possíveis alterações no estilo de vida e saúde de
profissionais de enfermagem na atenção primária à saúde. Métodos: Realizou-se busca nas bases de Literatura
Latina-Americana em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), Medical
Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), identificados por meio da Biblioteca Virtual em
Saúde (BVS), no período de 2011 a 2015. Utilizaram-se os descritores: Enfermagem, Saúde do Trabalhador,
Saúde Ocupacional, Estilo de vida, Atenção Primária à saúde. Resultados/discussão: Foram encontrados 171
artigos, entretanto, apenas 14 foram elegíveis para a pesquisa. Os resultados demonstram que a maioria dos
enfermeiros apresentavam algum sintoma oesteomuscular ou distúrbios psicológicos. Conclusão: Infere-se,
assim, sobre a necessidade de ações que contribuam para o estilo e qualidade de vida dos enfermeiros, pois tais
ações refletem diretamente na saúde do trabalhador e do usuário.
Objectives: To conduct integrative literature review and describe and possible changes in lifestyle and health
of nursing professionals in primary health care. Methods: Held search in Latin American Literature bases in
Health Sciences (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Medical Literature Analysis and
Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), identified through the Virtual Health Library (VHL) in the period
from 2011 to 2015. We used the descriptors: Nursing, Occupational Health, Occupational Health, Lifestyle,
Primary health. 171 items, however, only 14 were eligible for the study were found.Results/discussion: The
results shown present the main changes in health nurses and its effects on health of the community.
Conclusion: It is inferred, therefore, on the need for actions that contribute to the style and quality of life
of nurses, because such reflect directly on the health of the employee as user.
