O trabalho a ser apresentado tem como objetivo analisar o contexto histórico arquitetônico e urbano da Companhia Municipal de Trânsito e Urbanização de Londrina (CMTU) e suas intervenções ocasionadas pelo efeito do tempo. Considerando a importância do edifício da CMTU para a cidade de Londrina, se faz necessário uma análise das modificações que o mesmo sofreu nos últimos anos e a compreensão de quais características originais foram preservadas ou alteradas, conformando o seu estado atual. Além disso, possíveis problemáticas atuais podem ser apontadas para a necessidade de futuras intervenções. Sendo assim, será explicada a nomenclatura utilizada nas ações de intervenção e análises das diferentes fases do edifício.
The aim of this paper is to analyze the historical architectural and urban context of the Municipal Transit and Urbanization Company of Londrina (CMTU) and its interventions caused by the effects of time. Considering the importance of the CMTU building for the city of Londrina, it is necessary to analyze the modifications it has undergone in recent years and to understand which original characteristics have been preserved or altered, shaping its current state. In addition, possible current problems can be pointed out as the need for future interventions. Therefore, the nomenclature used in the intervention actions and analyses of the different phases of the building will be explained.
