Este artigo tem por objetivo estudar os exílios vividos por Zé Bebelo em Grande sertão: veredas. A partir dos desterros é analisada a despersonalização que leva o indivíduo à morte social, causando a perda de representação pública junto à esfera política.
his article focuses on the study of the exiles experienced by Zé Bebelo in The devil to pay in the backlands. It also analyses banishment as a major cause of depersonalization leading to social death and resulting in the loss of public representation.
