O presente estudo revisional bibliográfico visa identificar os fatores propulsores das notícias falsas sob a ótica exploratória dos estudos e pesquisas já realizados no Brasil e em outros países, pautando-se em técnicas de pesquisa descritiva, analítica e crítica, assim como levantamento e estudos de caso. O relatório atual sobre desinformação no consumo de notícias globais destaca que os maiores índices de divulgação de conteúdos falsos encontram-se em países cujos níveis de alfabetização noticiosa são altos, sendo que o Brasil ocupa terceira posição no ranking de nações que mais consomem notícias inventadas. Nesse diapasão, verificam-se as soluções jurídicas para a questão
Resumo Inglês:
The present bibliographical revision study aims to identify the driving factors of false news from the exploratory perspective of studies and research already conducted in Brazil and other countries, based on descriptive, analytical and critical research techniques, as well as survey and case studies. The current report on misinformation in global news consumption highlights that the highest rates of false content disclosure are in countries with high levels of news literacy, with Brazil ranking 3rd in the ranking of nations that consume the most invented news. In this tuning fork, there are the legal solutions to the question.
