Oobjetivo desse estudo foianalisar as relações de gênero existentes nas práticas corporais, dando ênfase para o futebol feminino, na perspectiva de produzir conhecimentos que possam ser problematizados nas aulas de Educação Física. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de interpretação de documentos em ambiente virtual online nos endereços digitais do Centro de Memória do Esporte da Escola de Educação Física, Fisioterapia e Dança da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, especificamente na coleção sobre futebol feminino. O material empírico foi submetido à análise de conteúdo. Foram criadas três categorias sobre a temática, sendo elas: estrutura do futebol feminino no Brasil, relações de gênero no futebol femininoe corpo das mulheres controlado e policiadono futebol feminino. Concluímos que a luta por um ambiente mais igualitário e respeitoso se mantem tanto dentro quanto fora das quatro linhas e esses temas precisam ser debatidosna Educação Física Escolar.
he aim of this study was to analyse the existing gender relations in bodily practices, emphasizing women's football, with a view to producing knowledge that can be problematized in Physical Education classes. This is a qualitative research on the interpretation of documents in an online virtual environment at the digital addresses of the Sports Memory Center of the School of Physical Education, Physiotherapy and Dance of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, specifically in the collection on women's football. The empirical material was submitted to content analysis.The information was analysed by content analysis. Three categories were created on the theme, namely: structure of women's soccer in Brazil, gender relations in women's soccer, and women's bodies controlled and policed in women's soccer. We conclude that the fight for a more egalitarian and respectful environment remains both within and outside the four lines and these themes need to be debated in Physical Education at School.
