A partir da constatação dos impactos causados ao meio ambiente pelo uso de agrotóxicos e pelo descarte inapropriado de suas embalagens, o texto aborda a necessidade de que a logÃstica reversa, instrumento previsto na PolÃtica Nacional de ResÃduos Sólidos – PNRS seja aplicada rotineiramente nos agronegócios, com a finalidade de se atingir os padrões legais de sustentabilidade. Para análise do tema, são trazidos os aspectos gerais da PNRS e os conceitos e desafios da responsabilidade compartilhada e da logÃstica reversa nessa PolÃtica Nacional. Por fim, o estudo apresenta a responsabilidade pós-consumo no uso de agrotóxicos, com destaque para importância da logÃstica reversa para o descarte das embalagens vazias desses produtos.
Resumo Inglês:
From the discovery of the impacts caused to the environment by the
use of pesticide and the unappropriated disposal of its packaging, the text approaches
the need of the routinely appliance of the reverse logistic on the agribusiness, an
instrument foreseen on the National Policy of Solid Waste – NPSW, with the goal
of reaching legal sustainability patterns. To the theme’s analysis, the general aspects
of the NPSW are brought, along with the concepts and challenges of the shared
responsibility and the reverse logistic of this National Policy. Lastly, this study
presents the post-consumption responsibility on the use of pesticide, highlighting the
importance of the reverse logistic to the disposal of the empty packaging of these
products.
