Analisa-se, neste trabalho, a gestão do clima organizacional durante um processo de mudança na estrutura de empresas, visando identificar a percepção dos funcionários quanto à s mudanças. Analisa-se também como a gestão da empresa que passa por mudanças influencia o interesse e o desempenho de seus colaboradores. A combinação dos recursos disponÃveis da empresa com a gestão dos mesmo resulta no desempenho organizacional. Constatou-se a importância, na estruturação de uma empresa, da gestão do clima organizacional voltada para alcançar metas, manter a motivação, o interesse, o envolvimento, a participação e o desempenho dos colaboradores.
The purpose of the present study was to analyse the influence suffered by the organizational environment management when a company undergoes changes in its structure, aiming to identify the employees' perceptions concerning these changes. It was a study about the organizational environment and the mechanisms that effect the feelings of the organization members. It was also analyzed the way in which the company management influences both the interest and the performance of its employees. The combination of the company's available resources and their management results in the organizational performance. It was found that the organizational environment management towards the achievement of goals as well as the maintenance of employees' motivation, interest, involvement, participation and performance is important in the company's restructuring.
