O artigo em voga consiste na apresentação de um estudo que corresponde a um desdobramento de análise que teve seu marco na produção da dissertação de mestrado intitulada: "O Governo Lula e a Administração Pública Federal: Uma Análise Crítica", esta que teve como proposta central analisar, apreender e desvelar a conformação da Administração Pública estatal brasileira em seu modelo patrimonial, burocrático e gerencial. Tem como proposta abordar em linhas gerais, o processo de privatização do público, a despolitização da política e os rebatimentos na questão social e nas políticas sociais.
Resumo Inglês:
The current article consists of the presentation of a study that corresponds to a breakdown of analysis that had its mark in the production of the master's dissertation titled: "The Lula Government and the Federal Public Administration: A Critical Analysis", which had as central proposal analyze, apprehend and unveil the conformation of the Brazilian State Public Administration in its patrimonial, bureaucratic and managerial model. Its purpose is to approach broadly the privatization of the public, the depoliticization of politics and the refutation of social issues and social policies.
