O processo de financeirização da economia se mostra como tendência do mercado globalizado. O presente estudo objetiva verificar como se dá a reorganização de uma empresa após a sua privatização, além de analisar o envolvimento do Estado nesse processo. O estudo exploratório é realizado na AES Eletropaulo. Para o desenvolvimento do trabalho, dados foram coletados na BM&FBOVESPA, além de informações advindas do site da própria empresa. Foi feita uma análise dos currículos dos dirigentes da AES Eletropaulo na atual biblioteca da AES, Fundação patrimônio Histórico da Energia e Saneamento e Comissão de Valores Mobiliários. Foram analisados currículos de dirigentes desde 1979 até 2012. Como resultado, foi possível observar que existe forte tendência de predomínio da lógica financeira nos atores econômicos da AES Eletropaulo. Ao analisar dados da BM&FBOVESPA, a novidade é a entrada do Governo e da subsidiária BNDESPAR na composição acionária da AES Eletropaulo, através da compra de ações na empresa privatizada. A participação da BNDESPAR nessa empresa seria um indicativo de que o Estado estaria inserindo nos princípios da lógica financeira do mercado de capitais atuando ativamente durante a reestruturação da empresa. Ainda na lógica financeira, observou-se nessa pesquisa, que após privatização, dirigentes são formados em escolas influentes da área financeira no Brasil, o que pode ser entendido como uma busca pela maximização do valor da companhia

The process of financialization of the economy shows itself as a tendency of the globalized market. The present study aims to verify the reorganization of a company after its privatization, besides analyzing the involvement of the State in this process. The exploratory study is carried out at AES Eletropaulo. For the development of the work, data were collected at the BM & FBOVESPA, in addition to information from the company's own website. An analysis was made of the curricula of the directors of AES Eletropaulo, in the current library of AES, Foundation Historical Heritage of Energy and Sanitation and Securities Commission. Management curricula were analyzed from 1979 to 2012. As a result, it was possible to observe that there is a strong tendency of predominance of the financial logic in the economic actors of AES Eletropaulo. When analyzing BM & FBOVESPA data, the novelty is the entry of the Government and the subsidiary BNDESPAR into the shareholding structure of AES Eletropaulo, through the purchase of shares in the privatized company. BNDESPAR's participation in this company would be indicative that the State would be inserting the principles of the financial logic of the capital market acting actively during the restructuring of the company. Still in the financial logic, it was observed in this research, that after privatization, leaders are formed in influential schools of the financial area in Brazil, what can be understood as a search for the maximization of the value of the company.
