Este relato de experiência dá a conhecer o Grupo Projeto Creche (GPC), grupo que surgiu na Escola Superior de Educação e Ciências Sociais - Instituto Politécnico de Leiria (ESECS-IPL)/Portugal no ano letivo 2008/2009 da necessidade de refletir e de investigar sobre o trabalho pedagógico desenvolvido em contexto de Creche. Revela-se a sua história, os seus eixos orientadores, a sua dinâmica de funcionamento e os seus principais resultados, situando a sua essência no âmbito da formação contínua de educadores de infância.

This experience report reveals the Project Group Creche (Grupo Projeto Creche) , a group that arose in the school year of 2008/2009 within the School of Education and Social Sciences – Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (Portugal). It emerged from the need to reflect and investigate on the pedagogical work deve loped in the context of Creche. We present its history, its guiding axes, its dynamics of operation and its main results, placing its essence within the framework of the continuous formation of early childhood educators.
