Resumo Português:
O artigo trata sobre a hermenêutica na fundamentação contemporânea e sua
respectiva transposição ao âmbito do direito constitucional, resultando em uma
nova hermenêutica constitucional. A partir daà analisa os elementos orientadores
da concretização normativo-constitucional, bem como o princÃpio da interpretação
conforme a Constituição.
Resumo Inglês:
The article discusses the hermeneutics in the contemporary reasons and their
implementation in the field of the constitutional law, resulting in a new
constitutional hermeneutics. From then analyzes the guiding elements to the
legislative-constitutional concretization, and the principle of interpretation
conforms to the Constitution.
