Resumo Português:

O propósito desse estudo é discorrer sobre os debates teórico-metodológicos na questão do
regional/local relacionado com o global, já que há muito a historiografia vem considerando que
as realidades criadas pelas experiências das atividades humanas não podem ser analisadas apenas
a partir de seus aspectos globalizantes, mas, também, dentro das suas particularidades e singularidades
que se manifestam, principalmente, no nível local. Essa nova postura teórica-metodológica
se generalizou por meio dos Annales, possibilitando a abertura de novas fronteiras interpretativas,
ampliando o leque das fontes documentais, e estabelecendo novos horizontes para as pesquisas
no campo da História, especialmente, à História da Educação.

Resumo Inglês:

The intention of this study is to discourse on the debates theoretician-methodologists on the
question of the regional/local related with the global one, since it has very the historiography
comes considering that the realities created for the experiences of the activities human beings
cannot be analyzed only from its globalizantes aspects, but, also, inside of its particularitities and
singularities that if reveal, mainly, the local level. This new position theoretician-methodological
if generalized through the Annales, making possible the opening of new interpretative borders,
extending the fan of the documentary sources, and establishing new horizontals for the research
in the field of History, especially, to the History of the Education.
