The problems encountered in the field currently showing on the uncontrolled development of agriculture does not follow a sustainable structure, bringing with it impacts that extend to the urban area. This reality experienced is pervaded by some historical sites that were decisive for the current territorial definition, in which the large estates just tend to increase creating immeasurable large estates of agriculture employers, as well as the design of large green areas uninhabited. Thus, making it impossible for the man to Earth, that being the dominant bias and scene of numerous discussions about the use of rural spaces. Faced with so many hurdles, family agriculture emerges as transformative tool mode and possible and feasible, with its positive aspects and as an alternative source to the man and the sustainable development of agriculture.
