Busca-se refletir sobre as
relações da historiografia com a memória
oficial e a identidade urbana,
tomando-se como centro da análise
um conjunto de obras produzidas
no Sul de Santa Catarina na década
de 1970. Esse perÃodo é considerado
fundamental no processo de transformações
identitárias pelas quais passavam
as cidades da região carbonÃfera
do Estado. De certa forma, pretendese
refletir sobre as inflexões na identidade
urbana a partir da historiografia
local.
The aim of this work is
to reflect the relations of the historiography
with the official memory
and the urban identity, taking as
center of the analysis a set of workmanships
produced in the South of
Santa Catarina in the 1970 decade.
This period is considered basic in
the process of identity transformations
in which the cities of the
carboniferous region were going
through. In a certain way there is an
intention to consider the inflections
of the local historiography in the
urban identity.
