Humana, subalterna e auxiliar: representações em torno de uma liderança feminina na história da Comunidade Católica Shalom

O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar o papel legado à uma liderança feminina no seio de uma instituição católica, destacando as representações em torno de sua persona produzidas ao longo da história da coletividade. Trata-se das representações em torno de Emmir Nogueira no interior da Comunidade Católica Shalom. A partir de análise documental, pesquisa de campo e entrevistas, durante pesquisa realizada ao longo de 3 anos, e partindo-se de referencial teórico que versa sobre a produção de memórias coletivas, de narrativas de vida e de produção de identidades coletivas, ver-se-á como, por ser mulher, Emmir é tida como “humana”, “subalterna” e “auxiliar” da figura masculina de maior expressão no interior da Comunidade, Moysés Azevedo, e enuncia-se como “feliz” por ser a sua “auxiliar”.

The objective of this article is to analyze the legacy of a female leadership within a Catholic institution, highlighting the representations around her persona produced throughout the history of the community. These are the representations around Emmir Nogueira within the Shalom Catholic Community. Based on documentary analysis, field research and interviews, during a research carried out over a period of three years, starting from a theoretical framework that deals with the production of collective memories, life narratives and the production of collective identities, Emma is considered as "human", "subaltern" and "auxiliary" of the male figure, Moyses Azevedo, and is pronounced as "happy" for being the "auxiliary."
